These shorts are incredibly soft, that modal fabric is as buttery as promised. I love the elastic waistband for comfort, though the side pockets could be a tiny bit deeper for my phone.

The elastic waistband sits comfortably without digging in, and the side pockets are deep enough for my phone. The modal fabric is soft, but after a few washes the hem started to curl slightly, so it’s not a perfect fit for me.
