Got the L for my 10-month-old and the bandana knot sits perfectly without sliding, the organic cotton sateen feels smooth against her skin. She's chewed on it a few times and it's held up in the wash with no fraying—definitely ordering the XXXL when she outgrows it.
The elastic band is so gentle on my 6-month-old's head, and the red geo floral pattern looks adorable against her fair skin. I sized up to the L since she's a bigger baby, and the fit through the 12-24m range feels like it'll last us a while.
