The joggers have an elastic waistband but the leg cuffs keep them from dragging, which I didn't expect to love this much. The bamboo blend is soft without feeling flimsy, and the huckleberry chamomile color is even nicer in person. Wore it on a chilly walk and stayed warm the whole time.
