The flutter sleeves are the perfect balance of playful and polished, and the smocked bodice holds its shape all day without digging in. I’m 5’4” and the midi length hits just below my knee, which makes it easy to dress up or down. The side seam pockets are a lovely surprise for carrying my phone.
