The hood is a full 7 inches, so it actually stays on my wriggly 6-month-old instead of sliding off his head the second I lift him out. The organic cotton terry soaks up bathwater fast, and the contrasting binding gives it a cute finish I wasn't expecting at this price.
The terry fabric is thick and absorbent without feeling heavy, and the contrasting binding gives it a nice polished look. It’s been through several washes already and still feels just as soft as the day it arrived.
The hood is the perfect size for my toddler's head and actually stays put, unlike the flimsy ones we had before. The organic cotton terry is thick enough to really dry him off without feeling stiff, and the calendula touch is a nice bonus for his sensitive skin.
